About Helena...

My journey to becoming a Realtor was shaped by a life of moving and adapting in search of a better safer future. I was born in Siberia, moved to Israel as a child, and later immigrated to Canada. Along the way, my family and I relocated multiple times from Canada back to Israel, from Israel to Greece, Greece back to Israel then back to Canada within Canada we moved to Toronto then to Edmonton before I finally planted my own roots here in Calgary.

Those experiences taught me how important it is to feel grounded and to have a place where you truly belong. I understand what it’s like to start fresh, to adjust to a new community, and to dream of creating stability. That’s why helping my clients find not just a property, but a real home, means so much to me.

Before real estate, I worked for over two decades in dentistry, where attention to detail, trust, and genuine care for people were essential. Today, I bring those same values into every real estate transaction advocating for my clients, protecting their interests, and guiding them with clarity and compassion.

For me, real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes it’s about helping people establish their own sense of place, their own security, and their own roots. It’s deeply personal work, and I approach it with dedication, creativity, and a strong commitment to my clients’ goals.

Savvy Moves. Heartfelt Service.

'Savvy Moves. Heartfelt Service.' guides everything I do with my clients. The ‘Savvy Moves’ part reflects my commitment to using market knowledge, strategic marketing, and sharp negotiation skills to achieve the best results. The ‘Heartfelt Service’ speaks to my genuine care for my clients’ needs and emotions I’m here to support them through what can be a stressful process, always listening, understanding, and providing honest guidance. Together, it means smart decisions with a personal touch, every step of the way.

Lasting Relationships

Beyond the transactions, I aim to build genuine, lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual support. I want my clients to feel confident reaching out to me not just during their buying or selling journey, but for years afterward as their lives and needs evolve. Within the Calgary community, I strive to be a reliable resource and active participant—helping connect people, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the neighborhood’s growth and well-being. Building these meaningful connections is what truly makes my work rewarding.

Advice for Buyers and Sellers

My top advice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Calgary is to work with a knowledgeable agent who truly listens to your needs and priorities. The real estate market can be unpredictable, so having someone who guides you with expertise, honesty, and personalized support makes all the difference. Take your time to understand the process, ask questions, and trust the journey—you’ll get to a place that feels right for you.
